The fun began last night with the Family Birthday Party at our house. We celebrated last night because Alex teaches a late class on Wednesdays. After dinner we dug right in to the good stuff....presents!
Our gift to Alexis was this Our Generation doll. I was so excited when I found it...she's got brown hair, brown eyes, and her given name is Alexis. How perfect!
Time for cake! Alexis asked for a Belle cake for her family party.
I also made a small chocolate cake since the Belle cake was so small. We started digging right in to the cake and almost forgot the candles and Alexis was the one who reminded us that we needed to sing to her!
And dolls from Disneyland from Gramma and Grampa. They are the neatest dolls, when you turn Cinderella upside down she becomes Belle, and Snow White becomes Aurora. The girls love them.
The celebration continued today at school. Her teacher made her this birthday crown.
Alex was able to come in during his break to celebrate with us. Just one of the advantages of going to school where Daddy works.
